This is pretty good! I have to say that it's louder than other reviewers had me believe, at least the twisting part. The virbrator isn't that loud so long as its pressed into you, but when it's away from anything to muffle it you can definitely hear it through the thin walls of my house. When I first got it, I thought it was a bit small and the first time i used it wasn't that great. Then I tried moving it in different places, and wow it is definitely worth the money!
