I'm a pediatric occupational therapist, and use this thing for sensory stimulation purposes with some of the kids I work with. It's a surprizingly intense, high frequency vibrator, and it fits right in a shirt pocket. So far it's really durable when kids drop it to the floor. (I didn't need the little french tickler attachment, so I have no comments about that!)
