The switch that turns the water on and off is made of cheap plastic. The one that I received broke while it was not even in use.
I hooked it up and was taking a regular shower with it just hanging on the wall, and water started shooting out of it. With a broken switch, there is no way to turn it off. I wasn't even touching it when it broke.
The manufacturer will not answer any emails asking for a return. They won't even let you buy a replacement part for the broken or defective parts.
Total waste of money.
